Maoist ultras kill three farmers in Jamui
Jamui, Nov 16 (UNI) CPI (Maoist) guerillas killed three farmers at Maheshwari village under Sono police station in the district during the wee hours today.
Superintedent of Police Binay Kumar said the armed ultras had kidnapped three farmers from Maheshwari village last night.
''On receipt of information, police launched operation to rescue the farmers, but their bodies were recovered from nearby Charka Bazar in the early hours this morning,'' he said, adding all the three farmers were believed to have been killed by the Maoists elsewhere and their bodies were dumped near Maheshwari village.
Massive combing operations had been launched in the area to nab the Maoist guerillas, he added.
