Election of two MLAs will mean 100 per cent success: Yechury
Indore, Nov 16 (UNI) CPM Politburo Member Sitaram Yechury today said his party was contesting Madhya Pradesh assembly polls in order to make the voice of hardworking people heard in the state assembly.
Mr Yechury, while talking to reporters during 'Meet the Press' programme at press club here, said policies of the Congress and the BJP was against common man, who was looking towards Left parties.
He said the ruling BJP had failed on the issues of 'bhay (fear}', 'bhook (hunger)' and 'bhrashtachar (corruption).
''No matter if our strength is less. Victory of even two legislators instead of one would mean 100 per cent success,'' the CPM leader said.
There is at only one CPM legislator in the present state assembly. The party has fielded 12 candidates during this assembly polls.
