3 held for pelting stone on BJP candidate's convoy

Barwani, MP, Nov 16 (UNI) Three people were arrested today for pelting stone on the convoy of former minister and Rajpur BJP candidate Devi Singh Patel in this district's Nagalwadi area, police said.

Bhorbhada-resident Mansharam, Asharam and Subhash were held on the charge of stopping the vehicle involved in the campaigning of Mr Patel and threatened the campigners to not to campaign in their locality.

Later, the trio pelted stone on the vehicle that also injured Mr Patel.
