Mettur water level at 77.830 ft
Tiruchirapalli, Nov 15 (UNI) The water level in the Stanley Reservoir at Mettur across River Cauvery stood at 77.830 feet this morning as against its total capacity of 120 feet.
PWD sources said the inflow into the dam was 6,166 cusecs while the discharge was 16,009 cusecs.
From the Grand Anaicut, 6,901 cusecs was discharged through River Cauvery,2,316 cusecs through Vennar, 2,513 cusecs through Grand Anaicut Canal and 1,211 cusecs through Coleroon for irrigation.
