HRS activists demonstrate in front of Nashik district court

Nashik, Nov 15 (UNI) Activists of Hindu Rashtra Sena (HRS) today held demonstrations in front of the Nashik district and sessions court, supporting Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and Lt Col Prasad Purohit, who were allegedly involved in the September 29 Malegaon blast case.

About 150-200 activists of the organisation from Mumbai and Pune were shouting slogans hailing Sadhvi Pragya and Lt Col Purohit, holding flags bearing the sadhuis photo. All of them were later arrested by the police.

Meanwhile, security has been tightened in the court premises as Lt Col Purohit would be produced in the court, with his police custody ending today. Along with local police, CRPF jawans have also been deployed.
