Heavy rains likely in coastal AP, Tamil Nadu

Pune, Nov 14 (UNI) Heavy rains are likely to occur at many places in coastal Andhra Pradesh and north coastal Tamil Nadu.

Rain or snow are likely to occur at few places in Himachal Pradesh , Jammu and Kashmir and isolated places in Uttarakhand. Rain or thundershowers are likely to occure at many places in Andaman, Nicobar islands, few places in Rayalseema, Kerala, Lakshadweep and at isolated places in south coastal and interior Tamil Nadu and coastal Karnataka.

Mainly dry weather is likely to prevail in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Telangana and interior Karnataka.

Rain or snow have occurred at many places in Jammu and Kashmir.

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in Andaman and Nicobar and isolated places in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Mainly dry weather prevailed in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Lakshadweep.

Night temperature was below normal in some parts of Assam, Meghalaya, Gujarat, north Konkan, Rayalaseema and Karnataka. It was appreciably to markedly below normal in east Madhya Pradesh, some parts of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, west Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and above normal in some parts of Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Chattisgarh and coastal Andhra Pradesh. It was normal in rest of the country.
