Chargesheet against Satyam Babu filed in murder case

Vijayawada, Nov 14 (UNI) The city police has filed a chargesheet in the IV Metropolitan Magistrate's court against Satyam Babu, prime accused in case relating to rape and murder of a first year B Pharm student.

The chargesheet was filed by the police after getting the results of DNA, footprint, handwriting and potency tests conducted on Satyam Babu proved that he was involved in the incident, which took place at a private women's hostel on December 27 last year.

Satyam Babu was arrested at Nandigama in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh in August this year.
