Two firearms dealers arrested in Bihar

Banka, Nov 13 (UNI) In a major breakthrough, the police arrested two smugglers, involved in illegal supply of firearms from abroad, at Sadpur Chowck under Dhoraiya police station here today.

Superintendent of Police (incharge) B K Sinha here said both the arrested smugglers, Md Sarfaraz and Md Ataullah, belonged to Sitakund village of Munger district.

He said two foreign-made automatic pistols, five live cartridges, four magazines and two mobile phones were rcovered from the possession of the arrested smugglers.

In a separate incident, police arrested a miscreant and seized firearms from his possession at Paramarket locality under Suia outpost in the district.
