Water level in Kerala Reservoirs decrease

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 12 (UNI) Water level in the reservoirs in Kerala has decreased compared to the same period last year, according to the latest statistics released by the Central Water Commssion.

Water level of Kallada reservoir decreased by 2.03 feet and that of Idamalayar by 1.18 feet. Meanwhile, water level of Idukki increased marginally by 0.08 feet.

Water level of Idukki, Kallada and Idamalayar reservoirs stood at 2,358.82 ft., 375.92 ft. and 502.95 ft. respectively.
