Govt will take action on KMF irrerularaties: Minister

Bangalore, Nov 12 (UNI) Karnataka government, which has ordered an inquiry into the alleged irregularities in the Administration of the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) will initiate action after an inquiry team submits its report, Karantaka Co-operative Minister Laxman Savadi said here today.

Speaking to newspersions here he said initial inquiry suggested that existing norms were violated while making appointments.

''Prima facie evidences are there for violating in the recruitment of hundreds of employees in the KMF'' he said, adding suitable action would be taken against those who were responsible for it.

Stating that he was not nursing any grievances against KMF Chairman, H D Revana, one of the prominent JD(S) leaders, he said the State government could not close its eyes when irregularities were taking place.
