Ganja worth Rs 60 lakhs recovered
Hajipur, Nov 12(UNI) Police today seized 2000 Kg of ganja, worth Rs 60 lakhs, from Ganga brige police station in Vaishali district.
Police said acting on a tip-off, a passenger vehicle was searched and the contraband was recovered.
''The smugglers managed to escape from the spot,'' police said adding the raids were being carried out to nab them.
On the basis of preliminary, it appears that contraband ganja was being smuggled to Nepal, police added.
