Birla and Rajawat served with EC notices
Kota, Nov 12(UNI) The District Election Office has served notices on Parliamentary Secretaries Om Birla and Bhawani Singh Rajawat for taking out vehicle rally in violation to model code of conduct.
As per the notices served on them last evening, they, while carrying out vehicle rally on Monday, had violated the restrictions of the model code of conduct.
They are required to return the notice within three days, an Official spokesman said.
Birla and Rajawat who are seeking re-election to new Assembly on BJP ticket from Kota(South) and Ladpura respectively, took out rally on Monday, on their return from New Delhi after getting party tickets.
