The data about the school staff, including their service records, attendance, payroll and provident fund accounts are added advantage of this proposed software for the teaching and non-teaching staff of the Coimbatore Corporation. This will solve the long pending problems faced by the staff in terms of manual accounts related to provident fund and during the time of retirement etc. The reports in detail about the free supply of uniform dresses, text books, note books and cycles by Government are made mandatory in this new system.
The inventory and utilisation reports of noon-meal scheme food and free eggs will take place in this package.
The performance of the schools not only on the academic part but also in the extra and co-curricular activities including sports, games and exceptional skills in various arts shall be monitored through this proposed software.
E-Governance in the Corporation School sector will have enormous improvement in terms of academic standards, student strength and effective staff contribution in teaching above all the quick decision making by the management of these schools.
