Two women killed, two injured in car-train collision
Rajkot, Nov 10 (UNI) Two women were killed and two others injured when their car rammed into a running passenger train at an unmanned railway crossing near Ingrola village in Lathi taluka of Amreli district, yesterday.
According to police, the occupants of the car were returning to Surat after attending a religious ceremony at Bhoringda village in Amreli district, when the mishap took place.
The injured were admitted to a hospital in Amreli.
Those killed in the mishap have been identified as Rekha Patel (35) and Kanchan Govind Patel (50).
