TDP demands govt resignation for murder in jail
Hyderabad, Nov 10 (UNI) Telugu Desam Party(TDP) President N Chandrababu Naidu today demanded resignation of the Congress Government for its ''lapse'' in preventing the killing of Moddu Seenu, main accused in the murder of TDP leader Paritala Ravindra, in Anantapur jail yesterday.
Talking to newspersons here, he claimed, ''it is shameless on the part of the Government to allege that a TDP man has murdered the main accused.'' Mr Naidu alleged that the ruling Congress had earlier lured TDP MPs and MLAs and it was not difficult for them to lure a inter-state dacoit Om Prakash.
The government was trying to mislead investigation of the case, he added.
