Aggarwal takes over as Principal Ssecretary, Finance

Chandigarh, Nov 10 (UNI) Mr S C Aggarwal today took over as new Principal Secretary, Finance, of the Punjab Government.

He replaces Mr D S Kalha whose has been appointment as Advisor in the Planning Commission.

Mr Kalha would be taking charge of the new assignment in New Delhi next week.
