Ranchi, Nov 9 (UNI) The Congress today refrained from making any comment on performance of Chief Minister Shibu Soren but advised him to make it public on state foundation day scheduled for November 15.

With the Lok Sabha polls drawing, the Congress must prepare strategy in advance and they would go to people with success stories of the UPA government at the Centre.

''But we would also like to tell people about the performance of the government we are supporting'', said state party president Pradeep kumar Balmuchu here.

When Mr Balmuchu's attention was brought to the party's strong stand against Mr Soren,s predecessor Madhu Koda, he said that government got nearly two years but it would be too early to comment on about two-month-old Soren government.

''I am optimistic that the present incumbent would deliver the goods'', Mr Balmuchu said adding that Mr Soren should tell the people about his vision during state foundation day to be held on November 15.

''We have decided to take part in the official function of the foundatin day'', he said seeking to dispell rumours of dissention among the UPA allies.

AICC secretary Abdul Mannan, in-charge of Jharkhand, said the party was supporting the coalition government and, hence it would monitor the performance, whether aspirations of people were met or not but it would be unwise to comment on a relatively new government.

Regarding controversies involving NREGA implementation scheme in the state, he said once the Panchayat Raj elections were held people would reap benefits of the schemes to a great extent.
