PR activists offer rose flowers to TRS president
Tirupati, Nov 9 (UNI) Mild tension prevailed at the Renigunta airport today when the Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) activists offered rose flowers to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president K Chandrashekara Rao, expressing their resentment against the throwing of eggs at party president K Chiranjeevi in Warangal district tour recently.
A large number of PRP activists led by its leaders including Ashok Samrat surrounded Mr Rao, who came out from the Renigunta Airport along with party leaders for proceeding to Tirumala hills and offered flowers one by one as mark of protest against hurdling of eggs on Chiranjeevi recently by TRS activists.
TRS activists who already arrived from Hyderabad at the Renigunta airport to receive its party chief, prevented the PRP activists when they were obstructing its leader Mr Rao that led to milk tension at the Renigunta airport.
After intervened by the police, both party activists left the scene and later TRS leader Mr Rao along with family members and its party leaders, who arrived here from Hyderabad by flight, proceeded to Tirumala hills for darshan of the lord Venkateswara swamy.
