MP: BJP candidate faces Defacement case

Sehore (MP) Nov 9: A case has been registered against a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate under the Prevention of Defacement of Property Act here, police said on Sunday, Nov 9. Ramesh Saxena, BJP legislator, reached election office for filing nomination along with a rally on Friday, Nov 7.

As the BJP flags were put on the public property in the main market of the town, Municipal Corporation Chief Executive Officer D S Parihar a complaint in this regard.

Six tractor trolleys used in the rally were also seized, police added.
