Case filed against Railway Minister in Maharashtra case
Muzaffarpur, Nov 09 (UNI) A case has been filed against five people, including Railway Minister and RJD chief Lalu Prasad, Union Minister Praful Patel and MNS chief Raj Thackeray, in connection with the ongoing attacks on North Indians in Maharahstra.
The case had been filed before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate J K Sinha.
The Director General of Police (Mumbai) had also been made accused in the case.
Through the petition the complainant Chandra Kishore Parashar blamed MNS chief Raj Thackeray for the killing of Pawan Mahto of Nalanda district who had gone to take the examinations of railways in Mumbai and a youth of Gorakhpur in a local train in Mumbai.
In the case it has also been alleged that Mr Prasad deliberately organised the examinations at Mumbai even after being aware of the attacks on the North Indians in Maharashtra.
Mr Patel and Home Minister of Maharahstra R R Patil had been made accused for justifying the attacks on North Indians in Mumbai and for not taking any action to maintain unity of the country.
