JAC to resort to agitation on demands
Tiruchirapalli, Nov 8 (UNI) The Joint Action Council(JAC) of all the Employees Associations of State Registration Department would launch a statewide agitation in two stages to draw the Tamil Nadu Government's attention to their demands for a long time.
Talking to newspersons here today, JAC's State President P Krishnamoorty said JAC Members will wear black-badges from November 17 to 21 across the State and would proceed on a mass casual leave on December eight.
A resolution passed in a meeting here urged the State Government to fill-up various posts lying vacant for the last five years.
Their demands included, promotions and regularisation of employees services, Mr Krishnamoorty added.
