Defused bombshell seized near Pathankot railway station

Pathankot, Nov 8 (UNI) Panic gripped people, following the recovery of a defused bombshell near the Pathankot railway station here.

Getting the information, police cordoned off the area and seized the five inch long bombshell, which had been dumped just a km away from the railway station, where the Red Ribbon Train had arrived, Gurdaspur SSP Lok Nath Angra said.

Investigations were underway.
