Defused bomb shell recovered near Pathankot railway station

Pathankot, Nov 8 (UNI) A shell of a defused bomb was recovered near the railway station here, where the red ribbon train arrived this morning, creating panic.

Police immediately cordoned off the area where the five-inch long shell was found lying at dumping place just one kilometer away from the site of the function of the red ribbon train.

Army experts reached the spot and took possession of the bomb shell which was stated to be twenty years old, Gurdaspur SSP Lok Nath Angra said.
