Complaint against Raj Thackeray in UP
Deoaria, Nov 8 (UNI) District President of Hind Seva Vahini, Rishi Pandey, has filed a complaint against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray at a Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) court here over increasing attacks upon North Indians in Maharashtra.
In the complaint filed yesterday, Mr Pandey alleged several North Indians had lost their lives in the MNS attacks. ''This anti-North Indian diatribe of the MNS has been differentiating people on the basis of statehood,'' he said.
It was an act of treason and also against the Constitution, the complaint added.
The same was brought into the notice of the police, but nothing happened, it further read.
The CJM has fixed November 11 as the date for recording testimony of the complainant.
