Talks should solve Mullaperiyar issue : Kanimozhi

Kochi, Nov 7 (UNI) Parliamentarian Kanimozhi Karunanidhi today opined that the long-standing issue between Kerala and Tamil Nadu over the Mullaperiyar dam issue should be solved through dialogue.

Briefly speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a function here, Ms Kanimozhi, who is the daughter of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, said the issue should be solved through dialogue between the two states and not through courts.

Ms Kanimozhi came to Preumbavoor near here to inaugurate the CBSE Youth Festival.
