PDP release another list of candidates for J

Srinagar, Nov 7 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today released another list of candidates for the ensuing seven-phase polls in the state from November 17.

A PDP spokesman said party president Mehbooba Mufti today cleared the names of candidates which were recommended by the party's Parliamentary Affairs Committee (PAC).

He said Ghulam Mohammad Mir will contest from Handwara, Mohammad Sultan Pandithpuri (Langate) , Fayaz Ahmad Mir ( Kupwara), Syed Asgar Ali (Khishtawar), Sheikh Mujeeb (Baderwah) , Sardar Shakil Singh (Ramban), Bahar Ahmad Runiyal (Banihal) and Atta-ullah Khan (Doda).

The names of other candidates for remaining constituencies will be announced later, he said.
