One killed, three injured in Kashmir

Srinagar, Nov 7 (UNI) One person was killed and three others, including two police personnel, injured in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.

They said a tipper skidded off the road and fell into a gorge at Marsari in Baramulla district of north Kashmir last evening. Driver Manzoor Ahmad Mir died on the spot.

Two police constables Muneer Ahmad and Mohammad Shafi were injured when their vehicle met with an accident at Panzbam while one Amir Ahmad Sopoli was hit and injured by a vehicle at Batangoo on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway.

The injured were admitted to different hospitals, they said.
