One injured, seven structures gutted in fire in Kashmir
Srinagar, Nov 7 (UNI) One person received burn injuries while seven structures were gutted in a fire in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.
They said three shops were gutted and property worth lakhs of rupees was destroyed in the devastating fire at Dragmulla main market in north Kashmir.
The cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained, they said, adding it took several hours for fire tenders to control the flames before they could spread to nearby houses and shops.
The sources said four houses and other structures were gutted in different fire incidents at Shopian, Soibugh and Tangmarg since last evening, while one person received burn injuries in the Soibugh fire.
