Mishap averted in 'Chaudhan Kosi' mela in UP

Ayodhya, Nov 7 (UNI) A large number of devotees today had a narrow escape after a wall collapsed during the renowned and ongoing 'Chaudhan Kosi' mela in the city today.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Sharad Chandra Pandey, the incident occurred on Parikrama Marg near Vishwa Hindu Parishad office, where the dilapidated wall of a house tumbled down.

The worhippers were passing through the area at that time, he informed.
