J M Garg appointed CMD of Corporation Bank

Mangalore, Nov 7 (UNI) Mr J M Garg has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director of the public sector Corporation Bank headquartered here.

He has since assumed the office.

Before his appointment he was the Executive Director of Punjab National Bank, according to a press release by the bank here today.

Mr Garg, began his career as Probationary Officer in Indian Bank in 1973.

He has over 35 years of banking experience with expertise in Industrial Credit, Corporate Finance, Foreign Exchange, Product Development, Marketing and HR.
