B R Chopra's Mahabharat on Star Utsav from Nov 10

Mumbai, Nov 7 (UNI) Star Utsav, an entertainment channel from Star group, will be airing B R Chopra's televised version of the legendary epic Mahabharat from November 10.

The epic will be aired from Monday to Friday at 1800 hrs, a release issued by the channel here today said.

B R Chopra's Mahabharat, constituting of 94 episodes, which originally ran from 1988 to 1990, is known to have created a voluntary curfew on the roads on Sundays, as people stayed indoors to catch up with the epic.
