Another case filed against Raj Thackeray
Patna, Nov 07 (UNI) A complaint case was filed against MNS chief Raj Thackeray for instigating Mumbai police to kill Rahul Raj in ''fake'' encounter.
The complaint case was lodged in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Ragvendra Kumar Singh by local advocate Kailash Nath Diwakar.
Besides, Mr Thackeray, officer-in-charge of Kurla Mumbai police station and other policemen had been made accused in the complaint case.
The court had fixed November 10, 2008 as the date for hearing.
The complainant had alleged that Mr Thackeray had instigated Mumbai police to kill Rahul Raj to divert the attention from the murder of Pawan Kumar. His killing had triggered widespread students' agitation in Bihar.
