Kidney scam: CBI court dismisses bail application of accused

Ambala, Nov 6 (UNI) The special CBI Judge, A K Verma today dismissed the interim bail application of Dr Jeevan in the kidney scam case here today.

Jeevan had sought interim bail to attend the marriage of his brother-in-law. However, the Judge fixed November 25 for hearing the bail applications of five other accused namely Dr Saraj, Dr K K Aggarwal, nurse Linda and two others, Jagdish and Manoj.
