Cong will wrest power in MP: Digvijay
Guna, MP, Nov 6 (UNI) Congress General Secretary and former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Digvijay Singh today claimed that the Congress would form the next government in this poll-bound state.
''Corruption, nepotism, terrorism and separatism spiralled during the five-year rule of the Bharatiya Janata Party that did not fulfil promises regarding power and roads,'' he said while addressing Congress members at this district's Ruthiyai.
Mr Singh inaugurated a Congress office at Ruthiyai and appealed to people to ensure that Congress candidates emerged victorious in Guna, Raghogarh, Chachoura and Bamori.
''I will not contest the hustings as I believe that others should also be given opportunities,'' he added.
