K'taka: Bed bugs in Government buses

Madikeri, Nov 6: If the people are familiar with the word 'bed bug', it has to be changed into 'bus bug' in this district of Karnataka. Complaints were pouring in from the passengers of KSRTC buses that the bugs were causing inconvenience to them. A victim had already lodged a complaint to the Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa and the Transport Minister in the issue.

M C Shyala, a resident of Murnad and a working woman said her six-year-old daughter was badly bitten by bed bugs while travelling to Bangalore on Oct 25 and back to Murnad on Oct 30
