Obama's win a verdict against Bush's policies: CM

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 5 (UNI) Kerala Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan today said the victory of Barack Obama in the US presidential election was a verdict against incumbent President George W Bush's wrong economic and military policies.

Replying to questions at a post-Cabinet briefing, he said: ''the defeat of John McCain is the reflection of American's strong protest against the military and economic policies of Mr Bush.'' Mr Bush's wrong policies had helped a Black to win the presidential elections, he added.
