MP CM and more than 300 others submit nomination papers
Bhopal, Nov 5 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Home Minister Himmat Kothari and Water Resource Minister Anup Mishra were among at least 317 candidates, including 30 women and an eunuch, who submitted their nomination papers on the sixth day for November 27 Assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh, State Election Office sources said today.
A total of 451 nominees submitted papers until yesterday. Mr Chouhan submitted papers from Budhni, Mr Kothari from Ratlam and Mr Mishra from Gwalior East.
November 7 is the last date for submitting papers, scrutiny would take place the following day, November 10 is the last date for withdrawal of candidature, polling is scheduled for November 27 and counting on December 8.
