Silver rises, gold eases on bullish advice

Mumbai, Nov 3: Silver gained by Rs 150 to Rs 17,615 per kg in the opening session on Monday, Nov 3 from its previous close, traders in the Bombay Bullion Association said.

While, gold declined slightly by Rs 40 to Rs 11,755 per ten gm on sluggish demand. In Asian markets, a reverse trend was seen as gold was quoted higher at USD 733.00/733.50 (730.00/731.25) per troy ounce while silver fell USD 9.80/9.82 (9.85/9.86) per troy ounce respectively. Gold rose on Monday, Nov 3 following steadier US dollar, traders informed.
