Ram Naik criticises Lalu Prasad Yadav
Mumbai, Nov 3 (UNI) Coming down heavily on Railway Minister Lalu Prasad, former union railway minister Ram Naik today said apart from having advertisements in local newspapers, Railway should ask the people appearing for the written test as to which centre they would prefer for the examination.
Mr Naik, while talking to reporters after launching his own website, said Mr Prasad should not make statements, like there will no trains if there would be incidents of attacks and expected the Prime minister Dr Manmohan singh to intervene in the matter.
He said the railway minister was hardly doing anything for people of Mumbai but only issuing such statements.
Naik, who had represented North Mumbai in Lok Sabha from 1989 to 2004, said he was obviously interested in getting the party candidature from the same constituency again and expressed confidence that he would get the same.
