MP EOW complaint against Digvijay

Indore, Nov 3 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Economic Offences Wing today registered a complaint regarding irregularities in construction of the Treasure Island mall here and the purview of the probe included Congress General Secretary and ex-chief minister Digvijay Singh, former Madhya Pradesh Housing Board chairman Chandraprabhash Shekhar, and Indore's then municipal commissioner Sanjay Shukla.

The complaint, lodged by former Bharatiya Janata Party corporator Mahesh Garg and his lawyer Manohar Dalal, alleged that rules were bypassed since the mall's construction began. It was alleged that land was misused and construction exceeded permissible limits.
