Malegaon blast: Father claims another son arrested by ATS

Indore, Nov 2 (UNI) Malegaon blast-accused Shivnarayan's father Gopal Singh today alleged that his another son Ramchandra has also been arrested by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad.

Mr Singh told reporters here today that he feared that the life of his both sons were in danger.

Denying involvement of his sons in the blast or having any link with any outfit, he admitted that both worked as electricity contractors and used to stay away from home for long duration in this connection.

Mr Singh said no criminal record existed anywhere in the country against his family and his sons were arrested due to political ill-feeling.

On whether the Maharashtra ATS was searching for Ramchandra also, he said he has been arrested by the ATS and his life was in danger.

His counsel said a petition would be filed to request transfer of case to Indore.
