Businessman shot dead in Purnea

Purnea, Nov 01 (UNI) A businessman was shot dead at Banmankhi Market here late last night.

Police said armed miscreants stormed into the business complex of Dilip Kumar Duggal and sprayed bullets indiscriminately, killing him on the spot.

They managed to escape from the spot after committing the crime, police added.

The body of the slain businessman had been sent for autospy while raids were being carried out to nab the killers, police said.
