Water level at Stanley reservoir 88.420 ft

Tiruchirapalli, Oct 31 (UNI) The water level in the Stanley reservoir at Mettur across River Cauvery stood at 88.420 ft this morning.

PWD sources said the inflow into the dam was 11,190 cusecs while the discharge was 12,001 cusecs.

From the Grand Anaicut, 51 cuseces of water each was discharged through River Cauvery and Vennar, 701 cusecs of water released through Grand Anaicut Canal and discharge through Coleroon for irrigation was suspended.
