Wipro Infotech implements Oracle for J
Bangalore, Oct 30: Wipro Infotech, the India and Middle East IT Business arm of Wipro Ltd, announced it had implemented Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management 9.0 for Jammu and Kashmir Bank. It would help streamline the bank's HR management which had an employee force of more than 8,000.
The company release claimed that it would cut down the paper work to a major extent and reduce manual work thereby lending alacrity to HR processes. Comany Vice President and Business Head Business Solutions Division Sairaman Jagannathan said company had replaced the old manual HR system to centralize the HR information thereby improving efficiencies in their HR processes and Systems.
