Punjab govt shifts home secretary

Chandigarh, Oct 30 (UNI) The Punjab Government today shifted Principal Secretary, Home Affairs and Justice, Dr B C Gupta to the Cooperatives department.

According to an official release here, Mr Sudhir Mittal on return from central deputation replaces Dr Gupta in the Home department.

Mr Tejveer Singh, Director Public Relations and Special Secretary, Planning will hold the additional charge of Commissioner NRIs.

Mr A S Miglani, PCS, Additional Secretary, Personnel and Director, Employment Generation and Training will also hold the charge of Additional MD of Punjab Infrastructure Development Board.
