ONGC Q2 net dips 5.67% at Rs 4,808.41 cr

New Delhi, Oct 30 (UNI) Oil&Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC), the country's largest oil producer, today said its net profit declined 5.67 per cent to Rs 4,808.41 crore for the quarter ended September 30, compared to Rs 5,097.48 crore during the corresponding period last year.

The company's total income, however, surged 13.67 per cent to Rs 18,896.63 crore in Q2FY09 from Rs 16,623.89 crore in Q2FY08, it said in a statement.
