Mysore: Wipro Lighting employees on dharna

Mysore, Oct 30: Over 300 employees of Wipro Lighting Industry are on dharna protesting against the apathy of the management in fulfilling their demands.

Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting Group had a profitable presence in the branded retail market of lighting products. Despite making huge profits year after year and the expiry of settlement period, the management of Wipro Lighting was not prepared to hike the wages of workers.
