Dabur India Q2 net up 18.12 pc
New Delhi, Oct 30: On Thursday, Oct 30 Dabur India Ltd, one of the leading natural healthcare company in India said it posted an increase of 18.12 per cent in its net profit at Rs 106.96 crore for the second quarter ended Sep 30, compared to Rs 90.55 crore during the corresponding period last year.
The company's total income also surged 15.34 per cent to Rs 594.12 crore in Q2FY09 from Rs 515.06 crore in Q2FY08, it said in a statement. The Group's net profit stood at Rs 107.82 crore for July-September 2008 quarter ended September 30, whereas it was Rs 96.57 crore in July-September 2007, registering a hike of 11.65 per cent.
Its total income jumped 19.24 per cent to Rs 705.66 crore in the said period from Rs 591.77 crore in the year-ago period.
