State to discus Global financial Crisis

Bangalore, Oct 29 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa has convened a high-level meeting of officials to discuss the implications on state economy arising over the Global Economic crisis.

According to official sources Chief Minister would preside over the meeting which would study the impact on the state economy due to the financial crisis which is gripping global economy.

The meeting assumes importance as Karnataka stands on top in country's export of IT and BT services, which is likely to be affected due to the recent developments.
