Nitish maintaining an alliance with divisive forces-RJD
Patna,Oct 29(UNI) The RJD today blamed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for maintaining alliance with a political party indulging in instigating communal riots and hatred in the country by patronising forces like Raj Thackeray.
RJD general secretary cum spokesperson Shyam Rajak alleged that Mr Kumar was running his government in alliance with the political party responsible for killing Muslims in Godhra, attacking Christians in Orissa and instigating communal riot in Indore.
''These forces are trying to encash political mileage from such incidents,'' he said adding that such outfits were involved in manhandling of Biharis outside the state, specially in Maharashtra.
These parties patronised so-called politicians like Bal Thackeray and Raj Thackeray who were fanning feelings of regionalism, alleged Mr Rajak and said Mr Kumar should clarify his stand for maintainng such ''unholy'' alliance with the forces involved in patronising feelings of communalism and regionalism.
Mr Rajak further said Mr Kumar had to depend on RJD supremo and Railway Minister Lalu Prasad and other likeminded leaders to raise the issue of assaults on Biharis by MNS activists in Mumbai before Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
The unity of opposition and ruling parties of Bihar on the issue was certainly a positive indication for the future of the state, he stated.
